What shipped in Sympul this month
Sympul started as a place to keep a deal's paperwork, people and money in one record. The last few weeks closed the loop around the part that actually decides outcomes: what happens before the money moves, and what happens every month after.
Reading a deal, properly
Yluvatar.AI now offers two depths of reading. A quick analysis tells you what a document claims, what is missing, and what to ask. A comprehensive memo goes further — it rebuilds the numbers, stress-tests them, ranks the red flags, and scripts the questions to ask the founder, ending with a clear verdict and the open items behind it. Every verdict shows its working; the decision stays yours.
After the money moves
When a monthly or quarterly report arrives, Sympul reads it against the projection you were originally shown — because it still has that projection on record. Drift is stated plainly, in numbers. This is the part a general-purpose chatbot cannot do: it never saw the original model.
The room, the schedule, the paper
- Meetings: who was in the room and with what authority, the notes, and your own read — recorded before you decide, never edited after.
- Commitments: when each transfer is due under the agreement, what has been paid, and what is late.
- Agreements: revisions keep the paper trail of the negotiation, and the signing record captures the meeting, the materai, and the photo.
Sympul is in early access. If you manage private deals — yours or other people's — request access from the home page.
